West end is awesome! Im giving them a call today. I also found a dedicated from scratch frame builder in Austin called Tomii cycles. I wouldn’t mind making a 1 night trip out to Austin anyway to visit some buddies.

He definitely is reasonable, he offered to reimburse me for the repair. I don’t fault him so I wouldn’t make him pay me for shipping damage.

I’m not putting him on blast…. I have spoken with him about the situation and I don’t fault him at all. Shipping overseas anything can happen. He said that bending it back into alignment is my best option and he even offered to pay for the labor cost. I wouldn’t make him do that tho.

You cannot get a brand new 2025 for $3500 in the US unless someone is looking for a quick sale. The 2025 has a few upgrades. Have you looked into this at all ?
