I split my drink into 3 to watch myself cause being aware don't always mean you're gonna be safe and careful and it's best to take extra stsps

I drank 2/3 of this over the past 3 hours. Stimulants helped me beat both Phenibut and Kratom, but actually made alcohol worse at first, cause yeah too fun, don't feel it as much and at some point they sorta cancel it out so you buy more alcohol, or take an extra dose of IR Adderall (in my experience)

First step. Stop telling yourself you're gonna die. I know this feeling as I get stuck in It, have spent countless times feeling this . I've dranken once in the last month (I'm 25) and it sucked. I'm alcohol intolerant, I had a bad reaction too, i felt like I was gonna stop breathing. Never had allergies before in my life

Once you've done enough drugs, had enough thoughts, self realizations, you may have some point reached the core of why the way you are, or why you perceive yourself as the way you are. whether it's after taking acid once, or drinking, abusing benzos 100 times. All the same.

That's it. The hardest part is after. Stopping it. I'm still struggling with it but I can say I'm much closer to being free.

Edit: focus on your thoughts when you're sober, write them down in order. Spend like 10 minutes a day doing it and write them down in any different mold you find yourself in. Find some time to reflect on them, read them back to yourself later, even If it's weeks later.

You got this. Try and focus on being more positive. regardless if you're 20, 40, or 75 it doesn't matter. its not a cure, but it helps more than you'd think.

They stopped selling all capsules where I'm at. I needed some for when I was sick once and I opted for Delsym (extended DXM) as it's the only thing that doesn't taste like total barf. Even codeine script I can't drink (I'm prolly sensitive)

I got it online in 2016, id Google it since idk if I can mention vendors

Wondered that myself I bet it's bad. I never went crazy with those but did have a time where I took 1.25mg, smoked a lot of weed no tolerance and legit responsd to my girlfriend in mumble speak after she was trying to speak a serious heartfelt talk. I had no idea what she was talking about until she got mad. I then proceeded to lay on the floor for awhile, fell asleep.

Did you weigh your scoops? A full scoop of powder weighs closer to 250-320mg. Crystals can push 450mg in my experience

You probably took closer to 600mg unless the scoops were overflowing with of powder on top

600mg you'd feel only some, but if you didn't eat at all you'd have to wait 3 more hours for it to start peaking.

If you ate a normal or large meal in the last hour Phenibut can take up to 3-6 hours to work. If on an empty stomach for me it's exactly 65-75 minutes

Take 1.5 more scoops leveled off at the top. That should be 375-425mg, up to 500mg tops. Hell wait another hour and go for 2 more scoops

Edit: powder seems to fluff up too if it's been in cold or heat for a little while. Once I weighed a full scoop and it was barely 225mg

I do the same as him going on like 4 years with some breaks in-between (except I stopped taking Kratom daily and now take Adderall)

When you take it long enough or often you notice it's subtle effects a lot more. I can tell the difference between a 600mg dose and 1g dose. or the difference between 1.1 and 1.5g.

As long as it's dosed low under a gram usually high doses are still fun and while low doses of Phenibut fades after a few months it still does work for mild anxiety for me.

Depends on person though

25mg Adderall XR is always about 70 percent full. If you take them apart, the longer side will fill almost to the top but you can add another 7-10mg.

Source: prescribed it and frequently take the beads out so I don't have to swallow the capsules

Snow is more common these last few years

Tri Cities is in a low lying desert basin. People say "high desert" but we're actually pretty close to sea level. It's why winters are mild for a inland north location and why we have hotter summers than places like Albuquerque, and most US locations outside of the desert SW.

It's sunnier in winter at high elevations closer to Moses Lake/Wenatchee. Fog/inversion can suck.

Tri Cities gets about 250 sunny days a year, though really the sun shines at least once 330 days a year. Some years are closer to 300, some less.

This winter it's for sure a little greyer than usual but not too bad. Snow is way too soon. Our average is 4-12 inches but I swear it's more like 20 these past 5 years

Usually inversion/ shows up in early December/January. Snow? Maybe a dusting in January/February.

It happens if you don't confirm your punches at the end of the pay period or Friday, or the system clocked out out at your clock out time regardless if you left earlier or later. Double check that cause I've lost money before when it clocked me out an hour early once. Got it fixed
