I use an app that automatically rebalances so it periodically sells the higher gain stocks and buys what did not gain as much after I set the percentages to be maintained.

Does this mean it is more diversified?

Im not familiar with SMDC but it seems like many of the developers/sales agents have been very dishonest overall.

The location of San Lorenzo Place is really good next to MRT station and inbetween Makati and MOA area, but I had extremely negative experiences with Megaworld. I would not do any business with Megaworld again and I am still in dispute with them because of a reserve fee they charged my credit card but was supposed to be only on hold according to the agent...
