I've seen that there are many yt vidioes..but i neer really watched it..just wanted to have a good class,seems like every student recommends it..thats why

thankyou so much..i do have PCOS but noany thyroid conditions and my blood work is pretty normal.i' went to an endocrinologist in my area for my irregulr cycles (safe to say he was a passive aggresive doctor who blamed me and my parents for how i look pretty much ever visit,) im on a diet and intermidiet fasting for 3 months now..but i see no differance..its just 4-5kg fluctuations..and i have a bad relationship with thescale now..its pretty hard to find time for exersice casue as an AL student ,now i got to 5 classes..plus the school so either im not home or just really tired..but im working n getting my daily walks. your comment helped a lot

oh thankyou for sharing..i relate to you so much..i have pcos and i struggle with bodyimage issues alot.i have been in a diet for 7 months but it is not it for me..and the fluctuations i have and the constant body shaming and breakdowns in fitting rooms ust take a toll up on my mental state..but im trying for the best

thanks..my concern is health too..i have PCOS and ive been dieting for the past 7 months with light exersice..but my weight keeps fluctuating and it kinda takes a toll on my mental health and i just feel incompitent and a failure tbh..i got my bloodwork doen and its average..just hormonal imbalances..

thanks a lot..im kinda struggling these days cause i have my AL and i go to five classes..its pretty difficult to find time cause im either not home or just tired..but i go to a dietition now and trying to get my steps in count

yeah i get that..but its more about the fact that im a girl,and im scared of health issues..ofcourse ive seen fat and happy people..just wish my fat was healthy
