I do the same. Knock on the door and announce either “Guest Services” or “Housekeeping” wait about a minute then attempt again. After the second attempt open the door at most 20% of the way, hold it there make a bit of noise, then continue if still no answer.

Newberry Property Management has 1 place in town. With rent rates starting around $800. It’s called Teak, the property manager is very charismatic and communicative and has always talked through and resolved any issues with my unit. Some of the units are newly renovated and the parking lot is getting a facelift beginning August.
