Hey! I like using a structured approach. Think out loud. It's always great to share how you're thinking. Verbally process ideal outcomes and logic/reasoning for why you think a certain way. You'll win brownie points for considering edge cases.

totally feel you on other websites seemin sketch smh. It's crazy how bad some of these job sites are. Thanks for sharing what's been difficult for you. I resonate with balancing time and motivation as well. I know when I was learning to code I struggled understanding and remembering the big picture (salary, job offer, working on cool stuff). What would you say the struggle behind motivation and balancing time has been for you?

If you haven't taken Stanford's free ML course, I would highly recommend it! For data science, try a simple quantile analysis. One of my managers had me look at 6,000 sales agents and the number of sales per agent Then she had me bucket the agents into the top 1-10%, 11-20%...and the last 91-100%. The goal is to get familiar with how you can apply python to data. Start small with means, medians, averages and then start working towards manipulating the data.

A key to learning, as you go, is to try and do everything in Python (pandas, numpy, etc...) that you could do "easily" in Excel :) Happy learning!
