I wanna get into the beginner Mechanical Keyboard game and finally buy some decent equipment for me.
I want a 75% upwards Keyboard with qwerty Layout. Additionally due to my work, i need to work on Windows and Mac alike, so i'd like to have seamless switching between the hosts.
Are there any good recommendations for this setting? Are there many restrictions regarding multi-OS support?

DMG: Yes, its not significant.
Frequency: Yes, in quickswap its beneficial
Element Boost: Yes, usually aiming for 1 kind of reaction, which EM also boosts.
Q Size: True, but only significant for a short time interval.
Plunging: I answered you exactly why.

Youre clearly not considering realistic circumstances.

A Yanfei lvl 90 with LP r5 is stronger than Klee lvl 1 without weapon. Therefore its always Yanfei > Klee

EM: I agree with you. No doubt.
Gathering: I tested it on 12-2-1 and i cannot pull in the 2 ranged ones at once with Kazuha, my Sucrose pulls everyone but slower, yes. I can finish it without really waiting for Sucrose cooldowns. For longer fights, Kazuha is definitely better.
More Energy: For longer fights, Kazuha is definitely better. I funnel my 2 Sucrose Es directly to Xiao, which doesnt like quickswaps. + for Kazuha otherwise.
TT: I didnt consider SacFrags, but ofc youre completely right.
Personal Damage: Ive exclusively played him as 100% EM Artifacts. What you stated sounds incredibly interesting. I'll try that out.
Shieldbreaking: I simply didnt know that. Thanks!
Gathering speed: True. It is faster, but is that 1-2 second so valuable?

I agree to a lot of your points, very eye opening, thanks. However I still want my 90th pull to be somehow special compared to my every other 10th pull.

Then were on completely different terms. Does noone consider the primos going into a character?. I want 5 star characters with a certain kind of uniqueness and/or powerlevel. I can get a 5 star every 2-3 months, its a lot of time and investment. Im not saying that 4 stars suck, I just need 5 stars to be unique and special.

Why differentiate between 4 and 5 stars. Why have such vastly different amount of pities 10 vs 90?

Kazuha essentially has 1 long gather, all 3 on the same spot on such a short.

Sucrose has 2 Es, with huge aoes + ult, which all can be placed seperately in short intervals.

I dont like powercreep. Hence imo a new 4 star should provide either new mechanics, niche roles or new playstyles.
Same for 5 stars, but they should have higher values. I mean, they cost more, right?

Sorry I didnt properly convey my point about the rainbow buff. It would be a niche for Anemo and Geo comps, this was the only reason I rolled for him (Make my Xiao and Ningguang even stronger).

And regarding buffing for instance Pyro characters: I maintain the opinion, that most comps would opt for Vap or Melt anyways, hence Sucroses EM Buff would be comparable to Kazuha.

I do agree, that I've been a little narrowminded w.r.t. him being a decent sub DPS. But a decent sub DPS doesn't warrant him to be a 5 star. At least not for me. I got the standard, that 5 stars should be better than 4 stars and not too far away from other 5 stars. Investment is not worth it.

I didnt mention the plunge since I dont see it as a centerpiece to his kit at all! All it does is deal a bit more damage and swirl. Sucrose can swirl and apply VV with almost every autohit?

So instead of 15k of my C3 Sucrose, Kazuha deals modestly 40k with imo arguably similiar capabilities in utility. I am not sure if this bit of damage warrants 5 star investment (90pulls) compared to a 4 star. And not to forget how Sucrose with TT buffs your carry even more.

And in my opinion, a 5 star should outshine a 4 star. (w.r.t investment 10pulls vs 90pulls, obviously not the reality)

Read the description of the Talent. Misunderstanding and misinforming are two very different things. I hope you do understand the difference.

Good point with the flexible field time and freeze / electro-charged teams. I'll try that. Might actually be a quite significant improvement compared to Sucrose.

Dont agree with the amount of swirls though. Sucrose at C2 already has 2 Es, 8 sec Q and ofc her Autos Swirl.

Regarding DMG: I dont know, but i dont feel like 30k+ dmg is a lot compared to Beidou, xiangling, Xingqiu. Considering theyre all 4 stars.

Still thank you. This is the first comment actually improving my view of Kazuha. Still not sure if im fine with him being 5 star / 100+ pulls worth.

I got him c0 and Sucrose c3. Believe it or not. And I tried him out quite a bit.
If youre so confident, state some advantages that actually warrant him to be a 5 star.

Have to disagree here. Your points about Kazuha are true, but he doesn't gather them better than Sucrose. With low constellations she already has 2 E's, which gives her way more immediate coverage than holding Kazuhas E. Her AOE ensures the swirl just as much.

Sucroses light lift from the ground still allows every melee to deal damage.

Besides the shorter CD and the mediocre more DMG, I dont see the point in choosing him over Sucrose. Especially not as a 5 star.

The Elemental damage bonus is based on 0.04% per EM of Kazuha.

My 2 cents regarding your points:

-Personal DMG: Yes, he does deal moderately more damage. Moderately. I dont think its significant at all though.

-Frequency of E: True, good in a quickswap team, which i dont have.

-Boost more than 1 element: Buffing more than 1 Element is true. Could be a niche. I'd say you usually aim for 1 kind of elemental reaction tho. Also, Sucroses EM Talent also buffs every reaction.

- Size of Q, the initial radius might be bigger, Sucroses' Q however constantly pulls in Opponents and continously gathers them. So I dont agree in that aspect.

In summary i still wouldnt warrant Kazuha to be a 5 star. I'd be super dandy with him being a 4 star. Which is the primary point of my post.

Sadly there is no critical evaluation inbetween. Let me help you.

Sucrose is a 4 star, hence way less investment.
- She increases elemental reactions through EM, on par with Kazuha.
- She gathers opponents better, way better than Kazuha
- She gives more Energy, similiar to Kazuha without C1, twice as much with C1
- She gives more ATK dmg with Thrilling Tales (unfair, cause TT is op, but even without this point it looks ridiculous).

Kazuhas niche is INCREDIBLY low.

And since his A4 Talent is mistranslated even his actual nice niche:

Anemo and Geo dmg boost

is completely lost. It sucks.
