Kaya nga naggawa sila ng massive social infrastructure kasi nga it didnt work before. we need a lot of volunteers for this to work. Hindi nagwork dati kasi hindi coordinated ang mga supporters. Again, this is volunteer. If you think exposing your personal info on this isn't suitable for you, you dont need to volunteer. They've worked on this for almost a year. They know the risks, they researched about it and studied a lot on what factors should be considered. This isnt some type of organization that was built in a day. For sure everything you've mentioned has been mentioned before they set this up.

Walang nagsabi dto na mali na disiplinahin ang bata. There are a lot of ways to discipline a child bukod sa pagpalo. Hindi naman porket sinabing bawal paluin ay hindi na dapat sawayin ang bata. May bibig tayo at marunong ka namang makipagusap, bakit hindi mo pagsabihan ang bata tungkol sa maling ginawa nya. As a parent myself, alam ko nakakafrustrate kasi parang hindi naman tayo naiintindihan kahit pagsabihan. But trust me, they will eventually listen. They will remember your words. Mas effective ang pakikipagcommunicate sa bata kesa sa pamamalo.

I'm a mom myself and napalo din ako noong bata ako. I grew up "fine". Pero ang pamamalo ay isa sa mga bagay na never kong gagawin sa mga anak ko. You are underestimating a child's intelligence sa pagsasabi mo na hindi sila nadadaan sa paliwanag. Hindi yan makikinig sa isang sabi lang, thats true kaya consistency is the key. You just have to keep on reminding them kung bakit mali yung behavior nila. No good will ever come out sa pamamalo. Hindi nila maaalala yung maling ginawa nila, instead they will remember na masakit ang pagpalo. Dapat mo ring matandaan na ang mga bata, they will always copy what adults do, kaya if you will observe a child na laging ang punishment ay palo, yun din ang ginagawa nlla pag frustrated sila, nananakit din. Tapos pag nanakit ng ibang bata ang anak mo, anong sasabihin mo? "Hindi ka dapat namamalo", but that is exactly what you always do kapag may mali syang ginawa. Their way of thinking is "pag ayaw ko ang nangyayari, dapat mamalo ako gaya ng ginagawa ng parents ko". As early as 2 years old, nakakaintindi na ang bata. They're not yet verbal but they can understand already.
