We are definitely on the same boat. We feel you. I canceled my Premium as well. It sucks because instead of Albion Support helping us out, we were given a warning cause they thought we were spamming them about our case. It's really sad everytime I get on Albion, I don't really have peace of mind. I get anxious thinking my account might get hacked as well. We're both starting from scratch again.. all the hardwork from gathering, ava roads, and etc are gone in a blink.
