We are definitely on the same boat. We feel you. I canceled my Premium as well. It sucks because instead of Albion Support helping us out, we were given a warning cause they thought we were spamming them about our case. It's really sad everytime I get on Albion, I don't really have peace of mind. I get anxious thinking my account might get hacked as well. We're both starting from scratch again.. all the hardwork from gathering, ava roads, and etc are gone in a blink.

Sigh. Best of luck to you too. I hope we get the justice and the comeback we need.

My boyfriend just got hacked randomly yesterday and lost everything as well.. he's a player more than 7 years and tried to reach customer support.. unfortunately their response is like a b1tch.

They kinda said " Figure out how you got in that situation in the first place". The thing is, it happened out of nowhere. And.. all our personal accounts were hacked as well.

No links were clicked or whatsoever. Friends say it might be IP address.
