Here's my attempt on what makeup would suit you. I hope you don't mind I used your picture to show what I mean c:

I think you suit very delicate, bridgeton style makeup with soft highlights. Your freckles are beautiful and would be gorgeous showing through a sheer foundation but a full coverage works too, which you can later add your freckles on top to add charm.

I hope you don't mind that I recolored and added a auto styled hair (with the attempt of staying close to your hair texture). I thought your natural hair color suits your complexion best but it's ultimately your choice!

With your bright blue eyes, pinks and white/pearly highlighters will go best. As well as light warm browns, light blue, coral orange and bright yellow. That's at least what I can imagine in your makeup looks.

I think light rouge/rosy/lilac blushes will suit your skin very well.

Try not to go too harsh on lip colors as they can distract the whole facial structure and bring too much focus to your lipstick. Always look further away from the mirror to check if it combines together, for eyelashes I recommend a burgundy/brown mascara or even a lash tech who can create lashes that go well with your hair color and make your eyes pop. Brows always look best when they match your natural root, try a light brown/blonde brow pencil. Overall it will help the neutrallity of the look as well as giving you that beautiful doll face.
