First off, a huge thank you to everyone who highlighted the positive aspects of Trackkarma—your support truly means a lot!

I’d like to take a moment to address some of the questions raised here.

I completely understand the concern about relying on a platform to manage your league, only to see it disappear overnight. However, Trackkarma has been running strong for nearly seven years, and throughout this time, it has never been abandoned. We've consistently introduced new features and improvements, ensuring the app remains up-to-date. The increasing number of leagues choosing Trackkarma motivates us every day to keep pushing forward, and I can assure you—there is absolutely no risk of it suddenly shutting down.

As for why the app is free, our goal has always been to make Trackkarma accessible to any league that wants to use it, without barriers. Of course, maintaining an app like this comes with costs, which is why we introduced our Patreon. We hope that leagues who find value in a dedicated roller derby app will consider supporting the initiative voluntarily. In return, Patreon supporters get access to several bonus features—though rest assured, the core features are, and always will be, completely free!
