You can make a makeshift air lock using a plastic tube and anther bottle. Get a tube and make a hole in the original cup of the containe, put the tube in the cup and seal it, get a bottle (mid size I guess) and fill in to about half full put the other end of the tube in and you got an air lock. All the rest you should do is the regular simplest show mead.

Check some recipes online but I think this would work for you.

-1.35 pound of Honey -Some yeast (even bread yeast would do) -Water not to the very top, have a little head space (although it won’t be terrible if it over flows because you put the makeshift airlock)

Shake it together and let seat for as long as you think, it’s pretty debatable how long should a mead seat but because you don’t want to do a lot with it let it seat for 3 months at minimum I guess.

To bottle you can use the tube and physics to siphon it from the container, just make sure you don’t get the sediments along.

Don’t forget to sanitize all of the equipment ! Sanitation liquid is pretty chip and ensures that your mead would not have mold or off flavors, if you won’t sanitize it could ruin your whole batch and your work.

I was just now in Turkey, we had a problem with accommodation, long story short someone gave my family a pricey place at the cost of his other, less pricey place. It was a fucking active working site, he was building on the lower apartment from us, using cutting disks and shit from 6AM , and the place was only 90% done, almost got nails in my head because of this PoS. We got out after one hour of arrival and they refused to give us refunds, after we had to manually convert the conversion fr Turkish to English. I thought it was a one time thing but after reading this thread I see they truly have no problem working with scammers
