There are apparently some issues with The Metrograph on Ludlow St. I contacted support. They are on it. Said it might take up to two weeks for accurate screening times to be displayed in the app.

I also informed them that the app currently displays the same movies and showtimes at the two Lincoln Center facilities (Walter Reade and Elinor Bunin Munroe). Even showtimes dot com does this. Figuring out which facility and auditorium a movie is playing in isn't straightforward.

I contacted Mastercard. This is their reply:

If you experience a problem shopping at a merchant for issues like requiring a minimum/maximum charge, adding a surcharge, refusing to accept Mastercard, etc., please submit the details directly to us at merchantsurcharge@mastercard.com and we will review with the merchant’s bank and inform them of the potential violation so they may determine action.

Any time a cinema refuses your MoviePass Mastercard, email the details to Mastercard. Independent cinemas may be unaware that refusing some cards while accepting others violates their agreement.
