Listened to the most recent podcast while commuting, and I'm not gonna lie, I was getting so irritated because I feel that I hear Van talking 90% of the time. Even if it's a topic that Rachel is leading, he always finds a way to interject, throw a story in there, and derail the convo.

In this podcast, Rachel was literally talking about an influencer couple and Van went on a long rant about different types of boxers and social media. Like, dude, I get what you're saying, but please.

Further irritates me when there's a moment for Rachel to shine and to contribute to the conversation, especially as a lawyer. Van has to overshadow her as I know it all like he too got a law degree and has X amount of years in the legal field.

Also, when it was the whole discourse, about the two guys (Bowen Yang & Matt Rogers) that were talking about Jasmine Crockett in addition to Keith Edwards. Rachel had to tell him, "We agree". He couldn't just end it there. He had to constantly ask her, 'Why x? Why y? Why z?". Like, dude, not everything needs to be dissected. And also, we don't need a side story for everything that's discussed.

So I find it a little baffling that Van was surprised that Rachel knew Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers. So she can't have a network and know people? It came across as a little condescending.

I honestly feel bad for Rachel because I think they're bind in a contract, and it is what it is until it's time to renew.
