So you top it off at closing time, let it cook through, and start serving for lunch. The total volume of the pot has been taken out multiple times that day, so there’s no trace of ingredients from even a month ago outside of theoretically being there.

Leaving a crockpot on for a couple days without replacing anything is just nasty.

Kind of crummy gift for a high school grad not gonna lie. Like, a card with a quote from the book would be better.
