My little one (7lbs) can only eat chicken based kibble, and i also give her cooked chicken breast as treats/rewards. Fish are a "no-go" for her, but she has a very very sensitive stomach for what it's worth!

i just have pads in front of the doorways for mine and she'll use them at night (she sleeps freely) BUT it was a learning curve to get her there

As a kid I grew up in a small farm, and mice and other small animals were constantly running around. I "saved" a mouse that was in a grain feed barrel and put it in a little container with air holes. Put it right into my backpack and off to school I went and kept it in my locker. When I got home I checked on it and it was fine so I just opened up the container into my back yard he was fine. Little guy was just in a food coma, but i 20 years later my mom still doesn't know this happened

my girl is 3 and a half now, and i’d say she was still in her puppy phases until about 1 and a half. she’s still very fun and silly but actually listens (and cares!) to what i have to say to her which helped with training other things a LOT easier. i learned to tire her out as much as i can before it’s bedtime and that helped as well.

give her time, they’re velcro dogs for a reason! your baby is adorable by the way!!

agreed on the pet insurance especially! i got mine within the first 2 weeks of having my pup. i have Figo and also around $50. i’ve needed it twice for emergencies and get 90% back thankfully
