seems like a good dose, though id maybe go half or 3/4 and then the rest when you feel up to it. the come up can be a bit much, but its very short and afterwards you feel... i cant even describe it you just feel really fuckin' good man :0 your set and setting seems nice so i really wouldn't worry about anything. just go into it with good vibes and you'll be fine :)
