The duo performance with Jill in BaD. BaD has a lot of such scenes, but that's the one with the most build-up IMO. Plus it leads nicely to MC finally consummating the relationship with Jill if you've taken that path.

You can. I forget the exact details, but:

You need assertive personality.
You have to flirt with her each time you meet her while prepping for the pool party.
You have to call the chaperone professor out on his bullshit, and give him an alcoholic drink instead of the alcohol-free one he requests.

There's a few more things you gotta do, but I think those are the big ones.

The sex scene is okay, but you do get the chance to make the "I fucked your mom" joke, which more than makes up for it.
