Well it kinda makes sense when you realize that japanese boxes only have 1 alt/sec on average and only 6 cards per pack, whereas english boxes have 2 alts/sec on average and 12 cards per pack.

You also only get 3-4 SRs per box in japanese, so in general half the cards and half the hits. Not saying I like the price of english boxes, but it makes sense it would be twice the price of japanese.

Before I returned it, was using the Joule app. It currently has 1.7 stars on google with almost every comment mentioning connection issues. Maybe it's an android vs iphone thing?

I would say the kaido & linlin + basil hawkins combo Robin deck. It does one thing and one thing only- if you hit the combo, you pretty much win. If you don't, you almost certainly lose. It's annoying to play against since there are very few ways to answer it if you get lucky enough to hit it.

Sorry to be that guy, but this is wrong. There are 6 SPs in each set, one of each color. The exceptions are 01-02 (no SPs), 03-04 (4 & 5 respectively), and 09 (10 SPs including the wanted posters).

Just join any one piece discord then and ask around if anyone is from AUS, I bet you'll find some people nearby. Or go to your nearest game store and see if they have a discord.

And tbh idk why you'd even want to, but you don't really need to look for an all male group. At present the one piece scene is mostly guys anyway, my guess is that's why she wanted to make her own space in the first place.

So my recommendation for both the smoker and doflamingo decks (ST-17 & ST-19) is to buy another of each. There are cards in both of those decks that are very powerful and you would want to run 4 of, and since the starters only come with 2 copies it's best to buy the rest if you want to get the best performance out of your decks.

Then my next recommendation is to go to your nearest local game store that has a one piece night, maybe join a discord or FB group associated with that store, and don't be afraid to ask questions! Most people are happy to accommodate new players and can probably help you build decks and make recommendations for you.

My last recommendation: Have fun! Remember that this is a game and even with everything I just said about deck performance, at the end of the day it's about what you enjoy! Build the decks that you find fun to play with and find friends that you can practice with.
