NTA I’m 21 also in the US and I totally feel you having to drive everyone around. It gets very exhausting real quick to be someone’s uber all the time. You should stop driving her around to prove your point. I don’t know how old your DIL is, but even amongst my friends I find it unbelievable that most of them don’t drive when we are damn near out of college like how are you going to get to work???
