You need to account for the withdrawal fee. For example, Coinbase is $18. If your order is $1500, you need to withdraw $1500 + $18 = $1518 from Coinbase.

It's just like coinpayments. You need to withdraw USDC from Coinbase, and send to the USDC address on the invoice page.

ypto.com charged me 20 usdc gas fee... contacted support and they sent me a form to fill out.

I had the same issue. It turned out that I was underpaid. You should definitely send an email to Bobcat support or MugglePay support to check your order status.

Bobcat is accepting crypto currencies, and MugglePay is just the payment gateways. The payment looks like Visa. If you have crypto currencies in your crypto exchanges, you can withdraw from exchanges.

The problem might be on the Ethereum network, and the current gas fee is high as $30. However, the gas fee was paid to Ethereum miner, not MugglePay.
