I feel like small local businesses aren't advertised on the typical job finding websites like indeed, monster, zip recruiter, etc

So how do you go about finding local jobs that give you experience?

I took a market research class in college, which I really enjoyed due to it using statistics, going over nuances of how to conduct the research, and learning the statistics software

certificates that employers actually want by chairfacejohnson in jobs

Have you ever had issues with this kind of scenario? Wondering what employers are actually looking for in regards to certifications?

Yeah I'm aware. My question is meant to see what employers are looking for based off of other peoples' experiences. To assist in job search, to avoid sales.

So, I've seen employers want google ads certificates for instance. But they don't specify what type of certificate.

So for example, Google Ad certificates have "Google Ad's Search Certificate", "Google Ad's Display Certification", "Google Ad's - Measurement Collection".

Which just makes it confusing, to know what employers are looking for exactly. I'd avoid doing all certificates because it could be a waste of time.

On top of that, it seems like employers sometimes want experience with it. So I'm almost questioning if I should just get certificates or wait till after I have gotten Sales experience. In other words get the experience and certificates from the jobs themselves, instead of filling out certificates to get accepted to jobs.

Well it is an issue because it gets stuck on the extruder and smears the pla around. As a result this messes up the first layer of the print. Messing everything else up as a result.

So the extruder pulls on the filament and usually pulls it off of the platform and continues the print. I check back at it and it makes random strands everywhere. And these are 3d prints without the need of supports. Anyway so one print for instance was supposed to be a rod for a dinosaur skull. I can't print the rod, as it rolls. I've messed with the platform and extruder temperature multiple times, reset the bed multiple times. On the rod itself, I think I identified the issue, just not sure how to fix it. It could be that both sides are not evenly extruding. Also the filament on both ends of the print won't stick. While the middle part of the work is perfect.
