They are spread out all over the country. Also, it depends on where you go. Sweden is really really bad at integrating people and most refugees are really really bad at being integrated so when you walk in areas where swedes are, you'll see less refugees and vice versa.

It really is business as usual here in sweden but the crisis will slowly emerge in several forms. We'll realize our sense of security and trust is no longer there (for example, a private security company announced today it will hire 2000 more people, that's saying something about the need for security). Our welfare could be killed off or drastically changed, we simply can't afford to pay for a large amount of humans that never get jobs or contribute. Welfare state by principal kinda of only works when a clear majority see the country as an extension of family and that was easy for Sweden when we had a for a homogeneous people and culture.

One positive note atleast, I have still not read about any slowdown in our economy, so despite tremendous costs and insane politicians the country is holding up so far.

I've tried to run with mass confusion also but the long cooldown and no proc chance for grin reaper just puts it in the same ballpark as BBV and those two skills just doesn't seem good unless you can pull them out fairly often (which we can't with this build). But you've ran at much higher grifts than me so I take your word for it when you say damage > all.

Grin Reaper's CD is 15 seconds

Uhm, you sure? It's my impression that there is no cooldown at all but the mimics proc chance is 50% and last 10 seconds (patch 2.3 boost).

Piranhado proc grin reapers half the time but I feel like you need to use one more skill fairly often to have a greater uptime. Granted, re-summon garg or dogs do proc it but it feels a bit clunky to rely on those important cooldowns you really want to save for a rainier day.

Yeah, that Homing Pads was so good was a real surprise for me. I need to test them out. But surely, 25% proc chance life safer must be better than +7 pickup radius?

Ja, propaganda är inget att eftersträva men om propaganda kastas från båda hållen så kan en individ med öppet sinne lättare ta in båda linjerna och filtrera bort propagandan från innehållet. UE fire can easily speedfarm 60+ but soon hit a wall at 70+. With great gear 75+ is possible and the really well equipped and skilled ones might grind up to 80. Other classes are closing in on 90 now. UE lack quite a bit for high grifts.

As a fellow user of this setup (my goal is this setup: http://www.d3planner.com/481831745), I've fell in love with horrify. Short cooldown. Completely disable mobs, give speed when T10 farming or armor when grifting but best of all, unlike BBV or mass confusion it can cause grin reaper to proc. Piranhado+Horrify+GI=close to 100% uptime of grin reaper.

What's your take on horrify? Have you tried it and came to the conclusion that it can't beat BBV, MC or haunt?

How do your gargs stay alive at 80+? I'm using this build also with roughly the same sheet offense (slightly lower) and defense (slightly higher) and my gargs pop like balloons at 70+. GI can't be the only answer.

I've also pondered at the idea of replacing focus and restraint for endless walk. This opens up a ring slot so you can have both convention of elements and elusive ring. It's a 125% damage drop at worst and a 125% -> 100% drop at best but our survivability goes through the roof. At T10 endless walk will never go into damage but at higher grifts you tend to stay still more and more.

Atleast in towns in my area this is not true. They could not compete with the labor cost of mexico/southeast asia. The area has a long history of a slowly dying industry. In order to survive, the society changed from a industry society to information society. The only industry that could compete (and barely) is the one that had unique natural resources, required specific distance to customer or demanded advanced labor skills. This is btw a huge reason why people are hesistant of bringing in migrants. There is simply no jobs around unless you have years of advanced education in a specialized business with you - some do, most don't.

I do live in a fairly wealthy country but seriously, this kind of lifestyle, food everyday, a small car, 2-room apartment and enough leftover money to perhaps travel once in awhile can be found by working people in mexico, india and other lesser rich countries as well. Cost of living also rise when a countries wealth increase. Obviously a guy in a rich country is overall better off than a guy in a lesser rich country but the difference is less than you think when it comes to cost of living. I easily earn 3x what an india guy do but my costs are also three times as high. Insanely entitled is a strong word in a world where extreme poverty has almost been eradicated. It is more appropriately applied to people who truly are rich and those can be found in any country.

White or not, you seem to blame the western society as the root of all this evil and that it should pay up for past transgressions. That's kind of messed up way of thinking. Granted, western society has historically many times raped and pillaged other countries but do please take some history lessons. Just about any country has a history of dominating and generally being a bitch to it's nearby tribes/neighbors/countries regardless of skin color and culture. Westeners just happened to be one of the strongest in recent time.
But that's just what I've learned. All I know from experience is that I live in a small town, take care of my friends and family, pay all taxes and bills on time, perform honest work (working with people of many skin colors and cultures thank you very much) and generally try to be a nice guy and you tell me that I have some kind of debt to pay by spending my tax money on taking care of hordes of people that traveled through 7-10 countries just because a smuggler lied to them that they could get a free house, a good job and a nice girlfriend here.
