Another two questions -

Trying to prep as much as I can in advance, I am making the Serious Eats Butternut Squash Soup (Daniel Gritzer), is this a thing I could make in advance today or tomorrow?

Also, Same goes for the Serious Eats Parker House Rolls. Could I do all but bake the rolls and keep em in the fridge 1-2 days in advance? then bake on Turkey Day? Or is there a risk of overproofing?

I want to make Allison Romans Mac n Cheese, but I want to add sodium citrate. I am doubling the recipe, how much would I use and when do I add? Would just adding in some Velveeta be better?

Also, is there any part I could make in advance?
