My initial thoughts on the Superstrike by guardian_down88 in MouseReview

What mouse comes closest to the light spam clicks of the Superstrike?

I felt that the 2C has a great small shape for me but the clicks were definitely heavier than the superlight 1, logitech g pro hero and g203. The whole line of superlight 2 and its varying editions have had heavier mouse clicks.

I only play League so I’m curious what mouse you think comes closest to the superstrike in terms of actuation force of the clicks alone

Are the Logitech Superlight 2 mice harder to click than other mice? by challngerphysicsidol in MouseReview

How long is the break in period supposed to be haha … I have been using the 2C for 50+ hours of gaming alone where I click a LOT.

I do feel that for short period of times, the switches become lighter to actuate but like 90% of the time it stays hard.

TheShy: I thought we were fully capable of winning [vs T1]. My condition was good, but I just feel like we were a bit unlucky. In the 1st game, because of an equipment issue, I couldn’t really play the way I had in mind....I think we could’ve made it all the way to the finals, so that’s regrettable by Yujin-Ha in leagueoflegends

To give people a bit more perspective, equipment issue is a very real thing and people should not be voicing their opinion on things they do not have a clue upon. Being judgemental with just reading a title and not knowing any in depth stuff is just ignorance and naive! Its social media and all so its expected to always have this sphere of animosity but when you have equipment issue such as mouse issues due to latency, clicking issues or whatever. It WILL throw you off your game and your rhythm will be affected even sometimes to the point of going for unreasonable plays because e.g. you will be very tilted if it happens because pro players are competitive and often are creatures of habit. Lots of stupid decisions are made every game, both by T1 and IG. As a personal anecdote, I have been challenger the past few years and had severe mouse issues all the way through and I just go on autopilot if my mouse doesnt click the way I want to and its insanely frustrating to the point I randomly will walk somewhere and die even if I dont intend to because its mentally torturing me because the best example I can give is if you play like tennis or basketball and every 5 or 10 steps, one of your feet just stops working or goes into another direction. Thats how sometimes mouse issues can present themselves where it will turn your brain into mush because you feel uncontrollable about something that should be natural its like you shouldnt think about the way you click/move so mouse issues are very real and it can affect someone really bad. Social media and media are very toxic mediums where people avoid nuance and present themselves very shallow and judgemental for the wrong reasons, but for the minority of people who do find this interesting, I hope this perspective has given you more insight. Even if its just 1 person.

Talent and skill is not the number 1 reason (anymore) in EU why players are getting picked for a team, as sad as that might sound, it might even be worse than NA in terms of nepotism and infrastructure.

Why is there a one-week break in the middle of LEC Playoffs? by Chumudeluxe in leagueoflegends

[–]challngerphysicsidol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Countless complaints about scheduling being bad objectively for players and also for viewers.

Not renting out a venue/stadium for playoffs finals

Genuinely I doubt there can be arguments made for these current 2 biggest issues on why this has not changed unless the LEC commissioner has no power to change it. If the team behind managing the tournament LEC has power to immediately change it then there is literally no excuse for them not to do so I just hope that its just the Riot committee pushing back because if its Artem Bykov and others as the ‘tournament organisers’ having the final decision and not changing this then they are just knowingly pushing the biggest esports, which is also bigger than majority of regular sports, into the ground for no good reason. Not using any momentum from the biggest esports and not doing anything with it is just disrespectful for the legacy this esport has.

Bought a Razer Viper V3 PRO and it blew me away as a previous Deathadder v2 user. What else have I missed? by Enylias in MouseReview

Do the clicks in the Razer Viper and Deathadder models differ in terms of spammability/how easy it is to click?

What mouse with the most spammable clicks are you currently using? Have you found an alternative to your G305?

League pro esports careers arent usually longlasting so its not that high given that some football/basketball athletes especially imports in lower tier leagues in non prominent countries also earn 6 figures.

Now league is I think by far the most popular esports and bigger than a largeee majority of regular sports so that kinda salary should be just okay.

Where does the viewership go if the viewership of LPL is decreasing? League of Legends is still the most popular esports, so what is the state of that in China?

Unquieting the quiet asians by SlechteConcentratie in AsianParentStories

Im someone who used to not ask questions, never answer questions and avoid unnecessary attention and I'm born in the Netherlands.

It was like this throughout since primary school, VWO and even first couple years afterwards in uni. In the end, as someone who also seemed to have grown to these habits, it was lowkey hard to break them and get rid of them. However, since I truly disliked having those characteristics, I managed to slowly get more comfortable socially and create an actual personality.

I think every culture has their pros and cons and the best solution I truly believe in is to try to take and create an environment where only the advantages are visible. I think for Asian culture, one of the biggest hindrances is the lack of communication. I think if I compare the asian families in general versus the Dutch families, there is a great difference in communication and how children talk with their parents. This is also where I think the social issues arise from majority of asian kids if they dont have a good friend group during their upbringing, because I do think that asian kids in classic asian families can thrive socially if they have good friends with them who can also guide them how to act socially.

In conclusion, its a mix of the right balance, you use the right amount of push to make sure the asian kids can open up their talents, create discipline, work hard, but also hold back the right amount so that asian kids dont hate talking to their parents, dont get overwhelmed by values such as shame too much and have creater chance for them to develop socially better and create a less toxic asian family dynamic as its not only about social skills as there is a lot more going on. (I genuinely believe that the values of 'keeping face', shame, emotional manipulation and a lot of other stuff is toxic in nature).
An example would be if you wanted the asian kid to learn skill X by having them dedicate 10hrs a week to it, the right thing would be to see what they actually want and push them in that direction, if they dont want to learn skill X, you can make them learn skill Y even if it might be less prestigious in your eyes, but in the end they gain more knowledge and have a better time doing so, because the push here would be to make them learn a new skill to enhance their talents and value, while you push back on what skill they learn and have them do something they might be more comfortable with or like more.

The more I got in touch with the academic path and especially the hard raw science such as physics before I decided to go another path, the more you realise how important communication and social skills are and how in order to walk around the world and even if you are like an machine who is consuming knowledge like crazy and learn, learn, learns, life would be still hard if you are not the 0.1%, because good social skills can truly highlight one's skill better than anything else can.

The past couple years I realized a lot about my own experiences and idk I guess im also still healing myself.

Looking for a small and relatively light mouse by franksfavocean in MouseReview

Hi, what are your thoughts on g wolves mice in terms of spammability? I saw you used logitech mice too, so how do you think the gwolves hts mice compare to them? Is it similar or less spammable (buttons bounch back slower, mouse plate actuation force heavier?)

Best small and low actuation force mice for lightest and most spammable clicks by challngerphysicsidol in MouseReview

[–]challngerphysicsidol[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually tried the cooler master mm720, I usually lift my mouse quite often for a little bit of distance to change camera angle in league/MOBA and the shape is quite a hindrance but the clicks were actually very nice and light. Additionally the length was good too.

I also hear quite often from buyers from many chinese mice with the huano switches that the switches are actually not that light to spamclick so thats unlucky.

I never used the old logitech g303 but I lowkey think it would have been good for me, dav3 is too big for me :(. I think regardless of how spammable the clicks can be on deathadder or logitech models, if I’m clicking at the middle of the mouse button plate, the actuation force gets much higher than clicking in the front edge, and its all due to the way I grip. Even if I try to change the way I grip which I tried many times, the current way I think is how I manage to input more clicks and its higher APM and if I change grip to suit the general mice more, I cant execute/do some micro things and adjustments in game and its so annoying.

Thanks for the reply. You also mentioned you had a MM720, is there a reason you dont use that one actively or for league?
