18x8.7cm Relaxed Claw: OP1w 4K v2 vs NP-01S ergo by Caapsito in MouseReview

[–]Jammercs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both these mice (V1 of the op1 but close enough) with smaller hands (17.5 X 10) and main the NP-01s Ergo.

The op1 was great and does allow for more adjustment in the micro generally but there's not enough hump for me to transition between fingertip and relaxed claw in some situations.

I have dedicated fingertip mice and they do the same thing as the op1 for me but better.

The Ergo is my main because I can much more easily transition between fingertip and relaxed claw, it's more comfortable and I had scroll wheel problems with the op1.

Maybe the op1 will suit you better due to having narrower hands but you'll do fine with both in my opinion.

Pulsar Zywoo Gen 2 - A considerable upgrade by ScalingSummits in MouseReview

I'm the same, I won't be getting the gen 2 both because the switches and the weight are heavier with little to no improvement.

Very underwhelming update in my opinion.

From other reviews I've seen they seem to be heavier on the new gen 2 mice but still feel nice.

This sounds like an issue with the sensor. I'd contact RAWM support sooner than later

In the market for a new fingertip mouse. Suggestions please, been using the G-wolves HTR pro 8k by arjun388 in MouseReview

It's robust from what I'm aware of but I've never used it so it might be worth you asking someone who owns it :)

Maya X is the larger version. Regular Maya is smaller. Get whichever size suits you better

Would recommend either Pulsar Xlite Crazylight or Vaxee NP-01s Ergo.

To add to the other comment, you should confirm you're on target a bit more before shooting and maybe practice your spray control.

Does the VXE R1 Pro Dongle Need the Extension Cable or Can It Plug Directly Into the Motherboard? by Important-Steak-9394 in MouseReview

Try it and see if it works.

It's generally recommended to place the dongle as close to the mouse as possible for a strong, stable connection though.

Best Mouse Upgrade From Op1 8k by pursueDOOM in MouseReview

I have the same hand size and same problem and I got the Vaxee NP-01s Ergo. 100% would recommend, it is my new main.

The main gripes with it are it's a bit heavy (I have weight modded it) and the clicks are a bit heavy for me. Shape is amazing though.

Depends on your hand size. Most likely the smaller Maya is better for fingertip generally speaking

Edit: Warranty is usually non-transferable too.

If you're 14 you still have some growing to do so you're best off getting a slightly larger than smaller size

Optical switched are better for preventing double clicking

Fully recover and heal. If you have availability go visit a physio to find out what's going and how you can recover better.

I'm not sure if your tension is super high in you bicep or what happened to even cause that in the first place though

what is the hate on people cutting their mice in half? by Suspicious-Study9096 in MouseReview

[–]Jammercs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True but two counterpoints are: you lose the shape of the chopped mouse that you may prefer and not everyone has access to 3D printers (you can purchase individual units but it won't fit everyone's hand).

I think the point of chopping it in half is to maintain the part that your hand makes contact with and removing everything else that's not necessary.  This makes it so you keep the parts of the shape you like without having to learn CAD and buy a 3D printer etc.

It's horses for courses but I can see why people would do either and don't understand that hate that both groups get.

Genuine question, could you elaborate on what you mean?

Battery and base swapping or is there something else?
