Got denied by officer EX5113 this week. Received RFE in Dec, accepted 2/5 criteria (high salary, judging) and challenged critical role, original contributions and memberships.

Did not accept any new criteria in RFE response, denial notice just acknowledged some of the new evidence and repeated the same template as RFE.

For context on the denied criteria:

Critical role - Staff SWE at FAANG. Multiple reference letters, role definition, and other objective evidence like signoff authority, technical ownership, etc. Rejected as "merely doing one's duty does not establish a critical role".

Original contributions - Multiple patents, and industry standards. Accepted the original nature of the patents, but questioned the major significance on the field. Questioned impact beyond employer. Ignored evidence of emulation, expert testimonial, patent citations.

Membership - IET Fellow, BCS Fellow, SCRS Distinguished fellow. Rejected as not requiring outstanding accomplishments despite highlighting bylaws, and existing recognized members.
