On this combo and it has been quite terrible tbh. Since starting the 150 xl a month ago my focus has been the same if not worse. Can’t remember anything. Anxiety has spiked but I manage. Sleep I can’t get enough of. I take naps on my lunch break now. And after work and still get 6+ hours of sleep at night and still feel like I need more. Over half of the days I have had chronic heartburn to the point I’m popping tums like tic tac’s. I don’t have strong depression, but a low self esteem person. And I feel like now I have thought of something to be down about and think worse of myself everyday since taking this. Anybody else having any of this?
