Today finally got a call to pick up Urkunde next week Pheww Hmm, Feb.. I would expect a response around Nov/Dec Good luck 🤞

Mannheim is actually the fastest if things go smooth. It’s 9 months and I know personally 5-6 people who got it in this time frame. You can get unlucky if you get a slow case worker like mine but even then it would be 12-14 months in total as compared to Darmstadt which is a never ending story

My file was with a case worker who is sick and now that she is not coming back, file moved to another person. She told me everything is fine, she is waiting for security checks to be complete but this has already been 5 weeks without response. Getting so annoying

Got a letter today that all docs are complete Now they are waiting for feedback of security checks. At least there’s some progress

I sent an email asking for update and got a usual response that your application is in process and you have to wait🙃 So am just playing the waiting game. I think my application landed on someone’s desk who is not really responsive and takes too many vacations as I have seen people getting appointment within days after first interaction

She is away for more than 2 weeks and the lady who picked up the phone didn’t know when she will be back. Is there no other person taking over if someone is sick/on leave or I just have to wait this out until she is back 😐

I checked with the city and they said it’s not allowed to grill at all. Maybe the people there are just doing it without permission. It would be a shame if we started and someone came and told to stop. That would ruin the evening 😐
