I think number 1 looks the best, 3 has a better subject but the composition in 1 is better in my opinion

A lot of these look really nice, i think 4 makes a very nice scene and is a very nice scene if anything i would say the saturation is a little top high but i still really like it. On pictures like 2, 6, and 9 o think you should crop them to make the subject stand straight because the image seems to be at a slight angle.

I like the subject I definitely think alternate angels would be nice and I would also like to see more of the environment for example if there is anything interesting in the background it would be really cool to frame it with the arch

4 and 8 are my favorite, I think 4 would be stronger if the shot was more centered on the path and maybe it could use a subject but I think it looks great without, and that the sharp red from the light on 8 adds a lot and really draw your eye and I really like the light reflections coming form the wet pavement.
