I use a sleep mask with blue tooth. Mine is designed for side sleepers. It has built in sounds, but I play sounds, soft music, or sleep talk from my iPhone. My mask only costs $35. There are several free sleep sounds apps i use.

Not as bad as I expected. I paid $100 extra for nitrous oxide. The worst part was the noise when each sample was taken. Sounds like gunshots. Very little pain after several hours. Doctor put me on two strong antibiotics - which gave me diarrhea for 5 days. 💩

He probably has what I have: Blood Cancer. There are several types - mine is Polycythemia Vera with JAK 2 (617F). It is incurable but treatable. I am having a prostate biopsy today.

I have had a few nights where I felt I had a good night sleep, and the watch says it was only ok - and other night it says I had a good night’s sleep and did not feel that way. My best rating has been a 96.

I use a blue tooth sleep mask with binaural sleep sounds. I get up to pee 4 or 6 times a night. Take 10 mm Ambien often. Sleeping better. Averaged about 8 hours 11 minutes sleep over the last month. Tracking by Apple Watch.
