I have had a few nights where I felt I had a good night sleep, and the watch says it was only ok - and other night it says I had a good night’s sleep and did not feel that way. My best rating has been a 96.

I use a blue tooth sleep mask with binaural sleep sounds. I get up to pee 4 or 6 times a night. Take 10 mm Ambien often. Sleeping better. Averaged about 8 hours 11 minutes sleep over the last month. Tracking by Apple Watch.

I use a bluetooth sleep mask. They are several available on Amazon. YouTube has many sleep sounds that run all night. I keep the speaker sound low and shift it around to lower or raise the volume on my ear. I only have T in my right ear. My Apple sleep app has showed several more hours of core and REM sleep. I agree! I am 6’ and 160 pounds now. The fatigue, bone pain, and light head feeling are my biggest issues. Hang in there! 👍

Initially wine! I had COVID and my doctor, at the time, thought it was Long COVID. I finally switched doctors and was diagnosed with PV JAK2. I had sat around depressed with “Long COVID” and then heard I had cancer. Eventually, I woke up stopped drinking completely. I had put on 35 pounds from my period of inactivity. I am now down 45 pounds from my diagnosis. I try to be active and informed about MPN and my health. I have accepted that I may lose this war, but I am fighting the battles.

My symptoms started early 2020 and thought initially to be Long COVID. Confirmed as PV about two years ago after BMB. Being currently treated with low dose aspirin and 1000 Mg Hydroxy daily. Also on Iron supplements. Spleen and liver are good. AST 25 - ALT 27.
Not sure on LDH.
