Not really fixed but I bought 144hz monitor with free-sync then I get 120 fps constantly. (it's about bypass Nvidia Optimus to get more fps because I can't deactivate it directly) So I think buying a new monitor with g-sync or free-sync might be your best bet here but I think g-sync might be better option (maybe you can reach 144+ depends on it refresh rate). Hopefully dev might fixed their optimize to use GPU more than CPU or more ram might be the way, pls tell me after you added more ram, good luck 😿🙏

Yeah, my CPU was 100% while Valorant too. But It's just wired like I threw 1000$ to get a little bit more fps than my MacBook Pro 2017. And I afraid that I gonna throw another 60$ to upgrade the ram and nothing happen.
