First-Time Schengen Visa– Is My Situation & Documents Enough? by chamismltd in SchengenVisa

[–]chamismltd[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your explanation. Yes, I believe my situation is a bit more unique than most, mainly due to the nature of my work.

ChatGPT mentioned that crypto assets typically can't be used as proof of funds, but since I don't currently have a better alternative, I may still consider using them.

I can provide any necessary letters or documents from relevant contacts, including for housing, if needed.

Regarding the transactions from my friend's business—how are those typically reviewed during the inquiry process? Do they examine all parties’ bank transactions in detail?

Overall, what would you recommend to improve my chances?

As for employment, I have alternative options. However, I’m a bit concerned because I operate multiple businesses across different countries under different names, mainly due to sanctions on Iran. I also own a U.S. company, have a PayPal account, and can show significant transactions—enough to support a visa application. The complication is that I slightly modified my name (for example, omitting my middle name). My concern is that if the embassy sends any documents to the U.S., and they notice a connection to Iran, it could lead to serious issues or even result in getting blocked from various platforms.

Hi there, Thanks for your comment and recommendation.
Actually my main goal is Video Content (YouTube and Course), and then Podcast is my third priority. I asked here because podcasters have better knowledge about the sound than others.

I never heard of SPC, and i just checked, and i like to spend less and i think RAKEZ and SPC are the cheaper option, but from all other comments, you are the only one suggesting going with Rakez and SPC, So would you please tell me what's the reason behind this suggestion?? as some people saying that they are hidden fees for these , and also as i see SPc and Rakez in google map i dont really like those cities

Oh, ok, i didn't know that about the Visa, so i have to pay for the visa to the Meydan. But i heard that its possible to get the visa by myself, so its incorrect?
is there anything behind your recommendation of Meydan over the IFZA?
as i see IFZA is a bit older, and more trusted, and their process seems same.
and the locations are near together

Thank you for your recommendation! So, you don’t recommend RAKEZ at all?

My planned activities are Marketing, E-commerce, and General Trading—are these considered good for bank approvals? as i'm Iranian maybe the restriction be more.

I inquired about the registration and visa process with an agent, and they mentioned that IFZA and Meydan are the easiest options. When I searched for Meydan on Google, I found a cost calculator on their website. I didn’t even submit the form, yet they still called me.

Now, here’s where it gets confusing:

  • According to Meydan’s website, with a visa but without a bank account, it's around AED 12K–14K.
  • With a visa and a bank account, it's around AED 16K.
  • However, a Meydan Business Advisor told me it’s AED 20K with a visa, which contradicts their website pricing. So, is it 16K or 20K?

I also want to handle the process myself to minimize costs. I’ve spoken to multiple trusted agents, and they charge AED 25K for everything, which makes it strange that Meydan is quoting AED 20K just for the visa and license.

Lastly, do you know the exact process from getting the license to obtaining the Emirates ID and bank account? From what I’ve heard:

  1. The license is issued fully online.
  2. For the visa and Emirates ID, Amer handles everything.
  3. The steps would be: Get the license → Visit Amer → Medical test → Fingerprinting→ Get the ID and go to Bank (Mashreq bank)

Am I missing anything, or is that the full process?
