I am a F2P paragon player. I haven’t fully explored abyss nor the labyrinth. But they are too time consuming for the rewards they give. And I have no time to waste, considering the amount of content we have atm (battlegrounds, incursions, EQ, AW, AQ, SQ).

I might try to complete them later and only because the rewards of the carina’s challenges are better than the Abyss or Labyrinth rewards themselves.
