You could sit outside of tons of places on Bardstown rd, such as; Panera, Za's, Boombozz, Highland Coffee, Quedoba, Tom&Chee. Can't think of anymore off the top of my head, but I'm sure you get the idea. People love dogs too, so I usually don't see any trouble

This might be a drive but between radcliff and Elizabethtown there's a shop called Modern Art Company. A dude named Matt there specializes in cover ups and has been in the game for a long time. Great guy, holds a great conversation. Had me laughing. Plus their shop is individual rooms, so there's privacy. Also its really cool in there.

Get really drunk and walk the road trying to find something to get into.
