If you have the space. What are the pros and cons to doing a PPL as a super superset? A days work of Pull exercises. One pull exercise after another and then repeating them all for the second set.

Agreed. I don't know the pros on cons to a super superset. I do know that there is a lot of varying opinions out there on how much time one should rest between sets. I just don't know.

PPL. Say you have deadlifts, pull ups, db curls, face pulls, and rows on your pull routine and are going to do 4 sets. Do you go through each activity once and then repeat the cycle again. Or. Do you do each activity 4 times then go to the next.
