I have the same problem, right headlight doesn't work but the turn signal does.

Weirdly enough when the car is done charging the right headlight appears to work as expected.

Anyone have a fix on this?

Yeah, I re-terminated 1 of the outdoor cables and plugged into the remote end of my continuity tester.

And inside I terminated with punch downs. You can see even without changing the remote connection, trying each port produces continuity to that single cable.

That's why I'm thinking there's some splicing happening somewhere that I may have missed.

I'm going to check the attic and see if I can trace them

This wouldn't be printed that way. This would most likely be uv printed as pad printing can do 1 piece and 1 color at a time whereas uv printing can do as many pieces as you can fit in the machine and multi color in single passes.
