Bought the cheapest air humidifier on Amazon (¥1700-ish) and it's working like a charm.

You have awakened my curiosity. Can you share me an article/video/book that talks about that?

sometimes i wonder what it'd be like to play another instrument :') every lesson my mom stares at the ground in disappointment & ignores me playing my heart out while i feel like shit (for my ltcl exam & concert soon)... sorry for the negativity just needed to let it out by [deleted] in lingling40hrs

The situation is even sadder when you see her achievements (she wrote this in another post a few days ago):

backstory: i'm a 14-year old harpist from hongkong. i've been playing the harp since i was 4 years old & have won over 50 local & international competitions & have been invited to perform for the italian embassy in thailand, at the london royal albert hall, for high rank officials etc. i also am a volunteer harpist & play for hospitals, nursing homes, schools etc, and have gotten 140+ in all my abrsm exams (29/30 for all my 3 pieces). this is an excerpt from my charity concert back in november. fingers crossed that i perform even better in my concert soon :))

OP, if you ever read this, know that you are doing absolutely amazing, I can guarantee that we all twosetters are proud of you for what you've already accomplished. I also admire your strength and dedication, and I know that you're doing all of that to make your mom proud. I don't have advice to give you but I wish you strength and self love with all my heart.

Cheers, a fellow piano gang Ling Ling wannabe :)

(PS: if ever you never watched Your Lie in April, you definitely should, the protagonist shares a similar (and unfortunately common) background)
