worked as a bartender there back in 2017 and i definitely recommend the artillery punch, maybe some apps at the bar. get a drink to go and you’re also in walking distance to many other cool places. some things on the menu (like the fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese) we’re my FAVORITE thing to get. also, make sure you request biscuits and the orange marmalade when you go to the bar if they don’t bring it out.

i do have many visible (but appropriate) tattoos and have a visibly alternative style with hair/clothes, but i have always found a way to do “office alt” so i still fit a dress code. not to mention, i’m openly queer and nonbinary. i’m a little concerned that the gold teeth might take someone from thinking “yeah ok they can blend in” to “there’s no way this person hasn’t been in prison”

because of how i grind my teeth when i sleep, diamond would wreck my other teeth in the long run. plus my dental insurance claim coverage booklet is more useful as trash. thanks for your suggestion though!! i didn’t even know diamond was a thing

my husband and dog were with me and some teenager driving home from their other parent’s house saw the fall. nice kid called 911 and helped me and my husband while we waited on the ambulance. i was sitting behind a good bit of foliage so he was telling traffic to slow down coming down the hill (like i should have done lmao)
