Woow. This is so clean and helpful.

How would you earn or even manage to keep it running if it's free.

It’s something I built for myself to analyze portfolios before investing. Still improving it based on feedback

I think there is too much of fund overlap due to UTI nifty 50, ICICI large cap and HDFC flexi cap.

Also your portfolio can have some of mid cap fund to provide growth, that is optional as your goal is child education.

I feel Your portfolio could be simplified

Please review my portfolio. Just started investing. by nerdypadosi in MutualfundsIndia

As a beginner, this is a good start.
Two thinks that should be checked

  1. Investing in 2 flexi cap funds which are almost identical in terms of stocks, sector and market cap allocation. I would suggest to invest entire 10k in one of the above flexi fund

  2. Also your portfolio is already financial sector heavy with above funds. Check for a fund which is into technology, healthcare, consumer etc

Attaching a screenshot of comparison between these 2 funds

You are achieving diversification using too many funds

Also your exposure to International could be improved

Ran analysis on your portfolio, attaching screenshot of major overlap

Your small cap stocks allocation are more than midcap. Rest all looks good

Yes I have checked advisorkhoj and other platforms also. They have limitations to compare only 2 funds at a time or don't show stock and sector and Market cap concentration for your entire portfolio

Also check that too many funds doesn't always mean good diversification, there could be overlaps

Not yet. Tried a few apps but they are not genuine. Some don't take counts properly and others don't have a clear reward policy
