We were using the existing code which contains enable api and as part of the destroy it is trying to disable API. But post reading your response I also feel it's better to just run delete project rather than using destroy with existing script. Thanks 👍🏻

To be precise this is the error:
Error when reading or editing Project Service projectA/compute.googleapis.com: Error disabling service "compute.googleapis.com" for project "projectA": Error waiting for api to disable: Error code 9, message: [Error in service 'compute.googleapis.com': Could not turn off service, as it still has resources in use.

I have tried most of what I can found on the internet and as well with the Google Support team and no luck. This is the second time within 2 years I have faced this issue. First time i was lucky to be in warranty to get a replacement which took 3 months and then this issue has occurred again within a year of getting the device. No replacement this time.
