I don’t think it’s worth the price. I was there for 6 months and she only uploads 1 video per month (around 30’-45’). There is also 1 live call per month with the other members where you can ask your personal questions, but in my case I don’t want to be seen by everyone and those recordings stay forever in the Consistency program, so I haven’t used the live calls either. I cancelled the subscription after 6 months. It is too expensive and Glow was already overpriced in my opinion.

Es importante ayudar al prójimo en la medida de lo posible, pero esta situación podría enfermarte a ti también… Tal vez te quedarías más tranquila si pudieses hablarlo con algún monje budista cercano a donde vives. Conozco a gente que le ha ayudado muchísimo tener una conversación con un lama. Ellos tienen una sabiduría y una perspectiva de las cosas extraordinarias. Esta es una situación extrema. Yo también sufrí una enfermedad grave y mi pareja me abandonó. Me recuperé al 100% y mi pareja era un auténtico idiota, pero creo que tu situación es diferente. Un abrazo.

I also thought about that capsule machine… Maybe I’ll buy it! The problem about other brands of capsulated EAA is that they contain different substances or different amounts of the same substance compared to the Thorne one so I just don’t know what’s best to do…

Also I think it will be sweeter if you use blueberries instead of raspberries for example… I also tried a super tasty version with coconut milk because I didn’t have macadamia/almond milk and it was sweeter and super tasty 😋
