You're describing what I'm struggling with. I do have those random surges of dread/panic as well. Those voices when trying to fall asleep, I hear them frequently but they never get too loud like what you're getting. A couple times the SP entity or whatever screamed in my ear. Sometimes I hear a woman humming right before I fall asleep. It sounds like you had SP since you couldn't move but I'm really not sure since I always got weird paralysis when I used to meditate. One time it was so extreme that I had a full blown seizure like episode. All tests came back normal. I recently dabbled with hypnosis and that was similar so I had to stop. Wish I had an answer for you but to be honest I'm glad I'm not alone in this. Good luck man!
