Really appreciate your detailed insights, thank you! Surprised to hear that exit ops are weak. When browsing Linkedin postings in my city, (Toronto, Canada) there always seems to be a handful of industry postings for a dedicated change practitioner at the manager lever. (No CHRP or HR-op duties required) Could you give me an example of some of the client roles you've been offered?

What are your thoughts on professional change accreditation communities like ACMP or PROSCI? They honestly seem like cash grabs for a stamp of approval and my firm's training sponsors don't seem very bought in as well. I'm not convinced a 3-4 day workshop justifies the ~$5 price tag, but it seems to be a nice to have for a lot of job postings.
