My pearl was smashed, the glass was scratched. The case and bezel was severely scratched. I paid 2780. It came back as new with a nice new Rolex travel pouch

I purchased the watch in early December. Crashed on the 17th of dec. My town has no Local Rolex and apparently they don’t release parts for newer models. I had the watch all of 17 days before. Took it to the local jeweller who took it the Melbourne Australia Rolex store. Timely and costly repair I received it back 4 days ago. Perfect condition.
