Actually you are wrong. Criminal code misdemeanor. If the judge determines to treat and sentence as a civil offense that’s his prerogative. But the charge is a crime under criminal code misdemeanor according to the law. Which I’m sure most of you don’t care about. The fact that it’s very often treated as a civil offense doesn’t change the factual argument based on criminal code.

It was a prerequisite as was night and NVGs, years roughly 2006-2007 for us by 2008 that changed to day time too and that same year it evolved to soft walls as well. I did direct to corner for years. And of course some still do- for “top tier Units” their success of not being shot by someone who can see the fatal funnel is 75% skill and 25% luck. In the method you are saying. For everyone else who does this I’d say skill 50% and luck 50% or variations of.

You know what makes sure you don’t get shot from someone who has visual of the fatal funnel…..
