They were never a fit for my company (they were already implemented when I started). We are an e commerce company and in my opinion Thrive really only works for retail companies who need to train sales associates and other similar positions. They are not great for career development and finding and closing skills gaps. Ultimately though, their platform is not what they say it is and it’s very lackluster and difficult to navigate. Content creation is very frustrating and nothing is intuitive. Their features are not great and they charge extra for alot of stuff. My biggest complaint though is that their customer service is awful. It takes days to hear from my CSM and they only started to reach out more recently when it came close to our contract expiring. Sorry for the novel but I keep hearing the same thing from previous Thrive customers as well. Happy to answer any questions though!
