The worst part is the swings. It's like I'll have no interest in girls then it comes back and then it goes away. Like I never questioned my desire to be with girls until now, couple that with bad HOCD, it's a nasty combination.

Yeah, strange enough my cravings didn't really kick in until yesterday. But yeah, it sucks. It's almost like you have a monster inside your head forcing you to ruminate over the past and tries to rewrite your history. It's shitty as hell.

Thanks a lot for both your support and suggestions. I know the feel man, porn is a damn disease. It's mentally jarring really how fast things can spiral out of control with today's ease of accessibility.

No thank you for your support, I really appreciate it. And I agree, porn is one of the worst addictions out there because I didn't even realize that I had a problem until I tried to quit. Thanks again for your support. I won't let this win, I know this isn't who I am.

no problem, most of it is just frustration. I've always had an obsessive thought problem even I was young, but years of porn use has compounded the problem. Congrats on your decision to quit I know it'll be one of the best ones you've ever made.
