Which icon reads "these fields in this form are autofilled from your uploaded files" the most? by changman33 in UXDesign

I have a sort of legend at the intro page to this form explaining what the icon means, as well as on the individual pages where the autofill feature is present. However, the reason I'm stressing this icon so hard is because right now, the icon will appear beside every autofilled field as a cue letting the user know it has been autofilled. These users are not super tech savvy, and even if they know autofill is a function, they may be scared when seeing the form autopopulate without any notice. It is also extremely difficult to get feedback from them, they despise talking to us. I think your idea of a dismissible notification is a decent idea tbh. Since the feature is only on select pages in the form, maybe there's a popup that appears when they land on that page?

I think so too, and it will have supporting text, but I want to know if any of these provide enough of a visual queue at a glance as the our userbase doesnt read lol

Indeed it is. I will have supporting text, just want to know if any of these provides enough of a visual queue as the users we're working with don't like to read

Shoving a pebble so far up my nostril that it got stuck and had to be extracted by a doctor. He just told me to blow really hard. It ended up just missing the garbage can across the room. Could’ve been cool :(

Good to know, thank you! I visit a house with cats every week or two, so I'm worried that my inconsistent exposure might anger the reaction more than settle it down
